Job summary

PLS is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Waco, TX to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. The role requires guiding a team, ensuring policy compliance, and driving sales while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Two additional responsibilities include assisting in recruitment and development of staff, as well as managing schedules and cash procedures to support store goals. English fluency is required, with bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Establish a strong customer service culture within the store.
• Assist Store Manager with strategies to meet store goals and objectives.
• Assist in recruiting, developing, and motivating store team members.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee CSR activities when Store Manager is unavailable, including transactions and cash handling.
• Analyze financial statements and trends to boost sales.
• Market within the community to increase market share and revenues.
• Resolve customer complaints to improve satisfaction.
• Assist with scheduling, cash handling, and store audits.
• Stay updated with Operations Bulletins and training.
