The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends; prior leadership and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Batteried by a tour of duties, you will drive sales and maintain safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be mathematically proficient.
• Must be able to operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maximize customer service, profits, and sales.
• Address employee relations and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage store operations, inventory, and ordering.
• Ensure shelves and coolers are stocked and clean.
• Handle bank deposits and reporting to Corporate.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; perform minor equipment maintenance.
• Provide a friendly checkout experience and train staff on programs.
