Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and staff the store.
• Train employees, conduct performance evaluations and counseling.
• Manage store hours, opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and in-stock targets weekly.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, and signage compliance.
• Ensure cash accountability and cash control procedures.
• Provide strong customer service leadership and safe store environment.
• Complete all paperwork and ensure policy compliance.
