Job summary

Candidates should have strong skills in staff management, cash handling, inventory control, and safety compliance, with a preference for Spanish language ability and retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit control.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees in compliance with labor laws.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address performance gaps.
• Set pay rate recommendations and advancement paths.
• Communicate expectations and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Open and close the store regularly to ensure daily operations.
