You’ll work closely with the District Sales Manager to align strategies and promote outstanding customer service and brand presentation. The Store Manager will oversee a team of Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training, while managing payroll, scheduling, inventory, and community

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
• Experience managing and cultivating a sales team.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinker with demonstrated business acumen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve and juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
