Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Consistently set goals to grow and improve selling skills and track overall sales.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assist in daily operations of the store and weekly shipments.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed sales targets.
• Communicate merch needs and pricing concerns to management.
• Attend staff meetings and tech clinics.
• Protect the company's assets and financial information.
