Your fashion expertise and brand knowledge will guide customer experiences and store performance. This role emphasizes recruiting and coaching teams, executing floorset changes, and maintaining visual standards while delivering best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills are required.
• Experience with visual merchandising and brand standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines and supervise salesfloor and stockroom.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll tasks.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register and POS systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
