The Men's Wearhouse, Reading, PA is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team to deliver strong sales, service, and operations. You will coach, train, and develop staff to create an exceptional customer experience and meet company standards.

You will recruit talent, optimize staffing, and ensure visual standards, product presentation, and promotions are executed across the store to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Minimum 3-years’ experience leading, managing, and developing retail teams.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
