The Coca-Cola Company seeks a dynamic retail leader to direct store-level sales, guest experience, and team development in the Lake Buena Vista area. The role combines bar operations oversight with merchandising, security, and policy adherence to drive profitability.

You will coach a team, manage labor planning, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining company standards and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership and hands‑on supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent. 3 years retail experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years' people management experience in the retail industry.
• Must be able to successfully pass credit, drug screen, and criminal background check.
• The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
• Pay Range: United States: 77,600 - 90,500 USD. Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive all aspects of store level sales and profitability.
• Assist in recruiting, selecting and training a team of qualified, dedicated and professional store associates based on established core competencies.
• In partnership with the Store Manager, lead and inspire store team through effective coaching and development support needed to create a high-performance sales team.
• Maintain all standards of store operations including visual presentation, security, inventory control, human resources, operational policies and procedures.
• While Manager on Duty (MOD), responsible for all aspects of store and bar operations including staffing, selling skills, guest experience, merchandising, beverage operations, stock management, safety and security, operational policies and procedures, opening and closing activities, and team coaching and development.
• Ensure all Company prescribed standards are met and adhered to by all employees.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures in accordance with Company policies.
• Perform sales transactions (ringing purchases, processing of cash or credit payments, counting money) occasionally.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to policies and procedures.
