The position requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; US work eligibility.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to use mobile applications.
• Able to work variable schedule, weekends and holidays.
• Must own a personal vehicle and have a valid driver's license with liability insurance.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead huddle calls with sales merchandisers and part-time staff.
• Visit outlets to ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Monitor market execution per ad calendar.
• Track volume for incentives and productivity.
• Process and close customer service tickets related to merchandising and replenishment.
• Manage order transmissions, missed deliveries, and delivery issues.
• Train, evaluate, and develop team members; onboard new hires.
• Recruit and schedule merchandisers, manage labor planning and budgeting.
