Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Lake Buena Vista, FL is seeking a Store Manager to direct all activities required to achieve business goals, including retail sales objectives, guest service, payroll, guest recovery, inventory management and merchandise presentation.

In partnership with the Store Manager, the candidate will lead and inspire the store team through coaching, drive a high-performance sales culture, ensure visual standards, compliance with policies, and effective bar operations to deliver

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; 3 years retail experience in a fast-paced environment; minimum of 2 years' people management experience in the retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of store level sales and profitability.
• Assist in recruiting, selecting and training a team of qualified, dedicated and professional store associates based on established core competencies.
• In partnership with the Store Manager, lead and inspire store team through effective coaching and development support needed to create a high-performance sales team.
• Maintain all standards of store operations including visual presentation, security, inventory control, human resources, operational policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing the execution and adherence to all corporate programs.
• While Manager on Duty (MOD), responsible for all aspects of store and bar operations including staffing, selling skills, guest experience, merchandising, beverage operations, stock management, safety and security, operational policies and procedures, opening and closing activities, and team coaching and development.
• Ensure all Company prescribed standards are met and adhered to by all employees.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures in accordance with Company policies.
• Perform sales transactions (ringing purchases, processing of cash or credit payments, counting money) occasionally.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets according to policies and procedures.
