Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is hiring a Vending Operations Manager to oversee our vending and unattended retail programs from the Tampa area. You will lead a team, set growth strategies, and partner with cross-functional groups to optimize performance and profitability.

Your role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a data-driven mindset to drive improvements and ensure regulatory compliance across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing retail programs, preferably vending or unattended retail.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability of vending and unattended retail.
• Manage and coordinate all program aspects, including vendor relationships and operational efficiency.
