Huk Gear is seeking a Store Manager in Destin, FL to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer service and strong sales performance. You will oversee daily store operations, staffing, merchandising, and financial metrics to optimize profitability and efficiency.

You will drive sales strategies, coach staff, and ensure adherence to company policies while building a positive shopping experience for every customer. This role requires 3–5 years in retail with leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail sales experience.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic interviewing skills and staffing knowledge.
• Proven track record of high sales performance in retail.
• Solid math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to reach sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee staffing, merchandising, inventory, and financial performance.
