Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail sales setting.
• 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Proven track record of high sales performance in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to hit sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee staffing, merchandising, inventory, and financial performance.
• Develop plans to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
• Conduct regular store meetings to communicate expectations, review performance, and promote a positive work environment.
