Job summary

Jockey International, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our Destin, FL location. You will lead a store team, drive sales, manage payroll costs, merchandising, and customer service while recruiting, training, and coaching staff.

Responsibilities include ensuring operational standards, budgeting, and executing marketing and financial strategies, with a focus on leadership, accountability, and results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of proven retail leadership experience.
• Strong selling experience with the proven ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in attracting, developing and retaining strong talent.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility with the ability to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations including scheduling, budgeting, and sales performance.
• Oversee adherence to operational standards including Visuals, inventory control, security, HR, and procedures.
• Coach and mentor staff to uphold selling standards and accountability.
• Implement and manage marketing, sales, service, and financial strategies.
• Communicate KPIs with the team and identify opportunities for development.
• Recruit and train associates; maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Develop staff for expanded roles and succession planning.
• Maintain relationships with mall management and participate in relevant events.
• Perform opening/closing, sales transactions, and address store maintenance issues.
