Responsibilities

• Guide profitable sales and achieve store financial plans through leadership of the team.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and staffing to align with store traffic.
• Recruit, hire, and manage performance for all levels of store personnel.
• Coach and develop associates, set goals, and create succession plans.
• Maintain sound inventory processes, pricing accuracy, and merchandising presentation.
• Prevent loss through awareness of store activity and collaboration with Loss Prevention.
