Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, store operations, and people leadership in Summerlin South.

You will supervise daily store activities, coach staff, and drive sales while upholding brand standards and visual merchandising. In this role you will analyze performance metrics, manage scheduling and payroll, and ensure exceptional customer service across omni-channel orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and fashion trend awareness.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Ability to coach, demonstrate confidence, and take initiative.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom to ensure excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
