In this role you will drive sales by analyzing the business, supervise daily store operations, train staff, and maintain brand standards. You will lead recruiting, scheduling, and engagement while delivering best-in-class customer service and advancing from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
