Job summary

Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations and team leadership. You will drive daily performance, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while managing inventory and executing merchandising strategies.

The role involves supervising store operations, scheduling, and safeguarding a positive, inclusive work environment. Weekend/evening work is required; starting hourly rate is $17.91 with a range up to $19.00.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in sales or retail preferred.
• Must be 18+ at time of application.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
