Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in daily operations and team leadership. You will drive store performance, motivate staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while managing inventory, merchandising, and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and excellent customer service.
• Ensure product displays meet brand standards and visual guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, restock efficiently, organize the sales floor for optimal shopping experience.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operations.
• Assist peak operations; lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Drive revenue through performance strategies and target achievement.
• Proactively resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
