The role involves managing store systems, scheduling, and peak operations, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Starting hourly rate $18.93, with range to $20.08.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and layouts meet brand standards.
