Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales management and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver great service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet high standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless experience.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operations.
