Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a key leadership role to support the Management Team in operations, leadership, and sales strategy. You will drive daily performance, coach a team, and ensure exceptional customer service across the store.

You will manage inventory, merchandising, and store operations while upholding Skechers' high standards for style and innovation. Prior retail leadership experience and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales management goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Act as a brand ambassador by ensuring product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards.
• Monitor stock levels, manage restocking, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee store systems, including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operations; assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales goals.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
