• Financial Management: Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: Implement local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with the community to enhance brand presence.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities; identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
