The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor in Florida to lead daily store operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will shape store success with autonomy and contribute to company growth.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, driving sales, managing inventory and budgets, and implementing local marketing while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years in retail leadership preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must speak English clearly to converse with customers and supervise staff; read/write English and perform basic business math.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team; foster a positive work environment and provide ongoing feedback.
• Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high service standards.
