Job summary

Victra is seeking a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will shape the guest experience by coaching your team, driving personal and store sales, and ensuring brand standards are met on a daily basis.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, motivate your team to hit ambitious targets, and participate in ongoing training and leadership calls. This hourly, full-time role emphasizes performance, collaboration, and growth opportunities within Victra.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience in a commission-based sales environment is a plus.
• Ability to coach and develop a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Experience delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and lead the team using the store's sales process.
• Coach and mentor the team to deliver outstanding customer experience and resolve escalations.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure store up-time and brand compliance.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor performance with the District Manager.
