Job summary

Victra is seeking a Store Manager in the United States to lead a busy retail team and drive the guest experience. You will coach and develop sales consultants, exceed store targets, and own day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales by following the EGET sales process.
• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Take direction from District Manager on day-to-day operations.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Identify skill gaps and build development plans for the team.
• Run store operations, analyze data, manage cash, ensure compliance.
• Monitor inventory and store cleanliness; maintain planogram compliance.
• Lead merchandising and store-opening/closing activities.
• Achieve store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
