Qualifications

• 2+ years managing a sales team in a retail or services industry
• Experience coaching a team in a customer-centric, solutions-based environment
• Must engage with customers and understand their needs
• Strong communication, organization, planning and adaptability to changing priorities
• Review results against goals and deliver growth plans
• Manage conflict in a cooperative manner
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with lifting 10-50 pounds

• Coach, train and role-play to attain sales and service goals and manage costs
