Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals, focusing on company growth.
• Manage and control store assets.
• Direct and oversee all sales efforts; train staff in sales strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of sales statistics, inventory and expenses to drive profit.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities are met.
• Mentor a team of Sales Associates and Managers in Training.
• Handle recruiting, hiring, training, payroll and scheduling.
• Ensure security and prevent theft; partner with Asset Protection.
• Communicate inventory movement and drive inventory strategies.
• Execute marketing plans and monitor customer trends.
• Stay informed on competition and community events.
