Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals, focusing on company growth.
• Manage store assets and operations.
• Direct sales efforts and mentor store associates in sales strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of store statistics, inventory, and expenses.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Mentor a team of Sales Associates, Assistant Managers and Managers in Training.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and evaluate staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Ensure security and protect company assets and information.
