Rural King seeks a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and manage P&L while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will build and coach a high-performing team, execute the store business plan, and ensure safety and compliance.

You will lead in-store and omnichannel initiatives, oversee pricing and inventory, and partner with communities to strengthen local presence. This role emphasizes strong leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years retail management or store leadership experience.
• Experience with retail operations, P&L, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and execute strategies to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and customer service goals.
• Manage store P&L, expenses, labor, inventory, cash control, and operational resources.
• Analyze sales, inventory, labor, and customer data to identify opportunities and improve business results.
• Drive sales growth, market share, BOPIS, online orders, and omnichannel engagement.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, inventory accuracy, and store presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
