Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management or store leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, sales, P&L, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Strong business, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze performance and implement profitability improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems, and inventory tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and execute strategies to hit sales, profitability, and customer-service goals.
• Manage store P&L, expenses, labor, inventory, cash control, and resources.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and data to uncover opportunities and improve results.
• Drive sales growth, omnichannel engagement, and online order fulfillment.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, inventory accuracy, and store presentation.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and loss-prevention practices.
