Rural King is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales and profitability, and develop a high-performing team. This role emphasizes omnichannel engagement, customer experience, and adherence to store business plans.

You will manage P&L, oversee staffing, inventory, pricing, and safety, shaping the store's local presence and improving performance through data-driven leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management, store management, general management, or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience with retail operations, sales, P&L, merchandising, inventory, customer service, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Strong business, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems, retail technology, and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and execute strategies to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and customer service goals.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop Assistant Store Managers, Department Managers, and associates.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through strong service, product knowledge, and sales execution.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and compliant store environment. Lead efforts to reduce shrink and inventory loss.
