Job summary

Rural King is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations, sales, profitability, customer experience, and associate development. This role drives in-store and omnichannel sales while building a high-performing team and executing the store business plan.

You will oversee daily operations, manage P&L, and ensure safety, compliance, and merchandising standards. The position requires leadership, analytical thinking, and a focus on community engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management, store management, general management, or retail leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems, retail technology, and inventory management systems.
• Strong business, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and execute strategies to achieve sales, profitability, productivity, and customer service goals.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop Assistant Store Managers, Department Managers, and associates.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through service, product knowledge, and sales execution.
• Maintain a safe, compliant store environment and reduce shrink, inventory loss, and cash discrepancies.
