Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a dedicated Store Manager for Store 210 in Salisbury, MD. You will lead day-to-day store operations, drive performance, and coach a team of 8–15 across all shifts.

You’ll be responsible for staffing, training, inventory, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and exceptional service. This hourly role offers a strong bonus potential, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift as needed.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to fulfill banking deposits.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage and be available for any shift including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform all duties of store employees including cash handling, stocking, upselling, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members with a growth-focused mindset.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Be responsible for banking and cash deposits.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to cross-train and manage deli/QSR operations when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
