Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Charlotte, NC seeks a full-time Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold visual standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, analyze KPI reports, manage payroll and expenses, and ensure an Omni-channel Oasis experience for every guest. This role requires strong leadership and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinker able to resolve issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.
• Flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, visual standards and store profitability.
• Drive sales and control payroll and expenses.
• Hire, lead and develop a high-performing team of Co-Managers, Assistant Managers, and Stylists.
• Provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to customers and maintain Windsor merchandising directives.
