Meijer is seeking a Store Operations Leader to oversee daily operations across food and general merchandise. You will plan, direct, and supervise the team, recruit and develop talent, and ensure a superior shopping experience that aligns with Meijer’s brand and values.

You’ll focus on staff performance, merchandising, customer service, and profitability, while partnering with the local community to strengthen Meijer’s presence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in retail/grocery/operations management or customer service.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Commitment to an inclusive environment for all team members.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Director in running overall store operations.
• Lead performance management for leaders and team members.
• Attract and retain a diverse, inclusive team.
• Communicate financial performance and customer feedback with the team.
• Ensure food safety standards and merchandising plans are followed.
