Meijer Inc. is seeking a results-oriented leader to direct day-to-day store operations across food and general merchandise.

You will plan and supervise store activities, develop a high-performing team, and ensure excellent customer service while maximizing sales and profitability. You will forecast staffing needs, implement recruiting strategies, and uphold Meijer’s brand values through effective communication and Community engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of retail/grocery/operations management experience.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where all team members and vendors feel valued.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall store operations across food and general merchandise areas.
• Lead planograms, seasonal resets, and endcaps; manage store profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Engage and develop talent, recruit to meet forecasted staffing needs.
• Communicate financial performance, customer feedback, and recognition across the team.
• Ensure food safety standards and merchandised displays meet company standards.
• Build community relationships and reflect Meijer brand values in daily operations.
