Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store in Reno, NV. You will hire, direct, and motivate associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Availability for opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operation of a single store, including hiring, directing, and managing associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
