Job summary

Jimmy John’s Sandwiches in Charlotte seeks a General Manager to own the store’s performance and team development. You’ll lead daily operations, set energy and hospitality standards, and coach Assistant Managers to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Expect to manage a fast-paced environment, uphold brand standards, and build a culture where employees grow and thrive. Training leads to salary with bonus opportunities based on store performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or service industry.
• Ability to work a 50-hour week (fixed schedule)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Physically able to stand, move quickly, and work on your feet

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations: food quality, speed, accuracy, cleanliness
• Set the tone for energy, urgency, and hospitality every shift
• Build, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and team members
• Embrace brand standards and enforce them consistently
• Drive sales through local store marketing and community engagement
• Ensure systems and processes are followed with integrity
