Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment.
• Six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cashier.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise with receiving, stocking, merchandising, and displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory; control damages, markdowns, and deposits.
• Support store management in the Store Manager's absence.
