Grocery Retail in Rolla, MO is seeking a Store Leader to join the team on-site. The role focuses on leading daily operations, coaching staff, and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will drive merchandising, financial results, and safety initiatives, ensuring the store is customer-ready every day while meeting sales and profit targets.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of retail experience with satisfactory performance appraisals.
• Experience as assistant store leader or at same pay level.
• Successful completion of the Leadership Essentials Program.
• Experience overseeing financial responsibilities, including budget preparation and management (desirable).

• Lead daily assessments of the store’s ability to meet customer expectations.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and develop associates to achieve sales and profit goals.
