Job summary

Cosmo Prof in Suwanee, GA, is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead store associates, develop talent, and uphold brand standards while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations.

You will drive sales and KPI performance through effective training, scheduling, inventory control, and Omni-channel initiatives, ensure safety and loss-prevention compliance, and serve as the customer-focused, brand ambassador in the absence of the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred (3+ years).
• At least 1+ year of prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and brand standards to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Hire, train and develop store associates; coach and counsel as needed.
• Drive sales and KPIs through Omni-channel strategies and merchandising.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and payroll alignment.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention procedures are followed.
• Communicate updates and goals with Store Manager and district leaders.
