Job summary

Ross Stores, a leading off-price retailer with 2,200+ stores, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations in our Nevada market. You will lead a team, drive sales, manage payroll, scheduling, training, and ensure a friendly, easy to shop environment.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing Assistant Managers and Associates, controlling expenses, maintaining safety standards, and delivering excellent customer service while upholding Ross policies

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of store management experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to lead and develop store associates.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
