Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 3094-Evansville Pavilion-ANN-Evansville, IN. You will support the store team, model excellent customer experiences, and help ensure smooth operations across shifts.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to lead onboarding, coaching, and maintaining brand standards in a dynamic retail environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Represent brand with personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
• Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience.
