Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, positive and authentic customer experiences.
• Manage customer issues in line with policies and escalate when needed.
• Keep store clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
• Provide feedback from customers to leadership to improve experiences.
• Act as floor supervisor during non-peak periods.
• Coach and give feedback to Sales Associates on performance.
• Support associate engagement and recognize outstanding performance.
• Enforce company directives and standards with team.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to meet operational needs.
