You will manage schedules, cash handling, and reporting, ensuring compliance with SOPs, health guidelines, and company policies.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: 1+ year convenience store experience required.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently for communication.
Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership, supervision, and decision-making capabilities; ability to work 50+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with an exceptional buying experience.
Accept leadership and support development and training of team.
Assume responsibility when Manager is absent.
Lead staffing, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
Ensure compliance with food service protocols and safety standards.
Operate the register following the five steps of the transaction and handle cash.
Maintain inventory and perform regular safety checks.
