Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of retail experience, sales, or customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to open and close the store a minimum of three times per week, and also work two weekend shifts per month.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes events, holidays, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a warm, inviting shopping environment.
• Build and share product knowledge, promotions, services, and rewards programs.
• Support store management and the team.
• Assist customers in finding the perfect card and gift solutions.
• Handle store operations: replenishment, ringing, shipments, inventory, curbside orders, etc.
