Job summary

Cotton On Group in New Jersey is seeking a part-time Key Holder to open and close the store, lead the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will resolve customer issues, manage transactions, and assist with inventory, merchandising and safety standards.

The role offers flexible hours and opportunities within our global brand. Applicants must be 18+ and available for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience.
• Minimum of 1+ year of acting retail leadership/management experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Lead the store team as part of management
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently; assist in inventory control, restocking, and merchandising
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are upheld
• Support loss prevention efforts and report any unusual activity
• Engages with store teams and customers professionally and respectfully
• Train and mentor new associates as needed
• Ability to interact collaboratively and work as a team towards a common goal
• Maintain a professional presence and motivate and inspire others
• Acting in a respectful manner to customers, managers and peers
