The role requires accuracy in cash handling, adherence to policies, and the ability to run checkouts, deposits, and banking tasks while supporting the Store Manager. A high school diploma and retail supervisory experience are preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate POS to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Help schedule staff, train employees, and conduct safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise with planograms and displays, including receiving and stocking.
• Maintain accurate inventory, control damages and markdowns.
• Ensure cash control, refunds, and deposits are handled properly.
• Assist Store Manager in store operations in their absence.
